Law creates tax incentives for data centers in Brazil

Law 15.504/2026 grants tax exemptions to encourage data centers in Brazil, Senado Notícias reports. It was published in the official gazette on September 16.

Companies in the program, known as Redata, must offer a counterpart, and the law sets penalties for those that do not comply.
