Senator Eduardo Braga (MDB-AM), the chief rapporteur, said the goal is a plenary vote on the 2027 federal budget by December 17, Agência Senado reports.

Lawmakers can file amendments from November 16 to 27, and the joint budget committee is due to vote on the general report on December 16.
