President Lula is scheduled to attend COP31 in Antalya, Turkey, on November 11 and 12, make a state visit to Manila on November 13 and attend an ASEAN meeting there on November 14 and 15, Correio da Manhã reports.
The Mercosur summit follows in Montevideo on December 4 and 5, and the G20 summit in Florida on December 14 and 15.
