Decree 13.094/2026 regulates ProBioQAV, Brazil's sustainable aviation fuel program, Microanalysis reports. Emission targets start at 1% in 2027 and reach 10% in 2037.

The oil regulator ANP and the aviation regulator Anac are due to publish their rules by December 18.
